Thank you for ordering from APPHONE. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you get the product you need and ship it almost anywhere in the world. We provide many different transportation methods such as DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS/sea/railway. Of course, if you have a fixed freight forwarder in Shenzhen. We can also help send products to them.


Except for force majeure, we will deliver the products that are in stock within 3 working days. If your product is a customized product and does not meet the conditions for delivery within 3-5 working days, our professional customer service will estimate the required time according to your customized requirements and notify you.

Apphone is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, labor disputes and/or shipping issues. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged. Please contact us with any other questions or concerns.

We ship from Shenzhen, China. Some products are shipped from US warehouses.

Yes, we have cooperated with many well-known international logistics such as DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS, covering almost all countries on the earth.

It is worth noting that once the product is in transit, changing the shipping address can be extremely complicated.
1. If it is our logistics transportation: we will try our best to contact the logistics company to change the address, and the success of the change is determined by the rules of the logistics company.
2. If shipping is provided by your freight forwarder, then please contact your freight forwarder for address change.

*APPHONE is not responsible for the cost of address change.
*If the product is lost or cannot be retrieved due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss shall be borne by the customer. APPHONE does not offer free restocking or refunds.

Depending on the destination of the shipment, there may be cases where customs duties are to be paid. For details, when you obtain an order quotation, our customer service will calculate and communicate with you.

We do offer an expedited option if you need faster service. Fees vary based on your order, location and shipping option selected. The cost of expedited shipping provided by the logistics company will be borne by you. APPHONE will speed up the production as much as possible.

We will send you an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you encounter any difficulties during the inquiry process, you can also contact us and we will assist you with your inquiry.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Before the order is not delivered to our warehouse or production line for confirmation. We will do our best to assist with order changes or cancellations. Change orders are subject to the following rules:
1. Certain changes will cause delays in delivery, and we are not responsible for the consequences of delays.
2. If the order has been delivered to the warehouse or is ready to be shipped, we will not support a full refund.
3. We cannot fulfill order cancellation requests after customized product orders are delivered to the production line. We have the right to deduct all economic losses incurred from the deposit.
